Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged).
- Returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@robotshop.ro to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you are responsible for:
- Generating your own Airway Bill (AWB) and covering return shipping costs.
- Ensuring the return package is fully insured at its total purchase value.
- Using a trackable shipping service and providing us with the tracking number.
- Submitting clear photos/videos of the item’s condition before shipping.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
Inspection & Refund Eligibility
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policy. Refunds may be denied if:
- The product is not in its original, resellable condition.
- Accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing.
- The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.
- The return shipment is damaged due to improper packaging.
If the return does not meet our policy, the item will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Restocking & Processing Fees
A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s value may apply in cases where:
- The product is returned with damaged or missing packaging.
- Accessories, manuals, or parts are missing.
- The item requires reconditioning before resale.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval. However, depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
Refunds will only be processed once:
- The returned item has been received and inspected.
- The product is verified to match the original serial number.
- All return conditions are met.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Sale items and gift cards (final sale, non-refundable).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with supporting photos/videos so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. We are not responsible for damage claims made after this period.
Return Shipments & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Customers must provide proof of delivery with a valid tracking number.
- Refunds will not be issued for returns lost in transit.
- If a package is refused at delivery without prior authorization, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned:
- In new, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- With all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
- With proof of purchase.
Returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage will be denied.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first request a return and obtain approval. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
